Refund Policy

As much as I strive to provide the best service for you sometimes things don't go according to plan. Should you not be happy with your order please contact me within 14 days of the date of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange

For items which are damaged on receipt please include photographic evidence of the product and packaging in which it was received to allow me to assess this and claim the damages from the carrier. In this instance there will be no requirement to return the items and a refund can be agreed on receipt of the evidence of damage.

Should you wish to return an undamaged item you would be responsible for the coverage of any return postage costs. Once the item is received back to me in its original condition a refund will be processed within 7 working days.
